Mutoh and Avery Dennison Partner on Wrap Training Classes

P

hoenix-based wide-format printer and cutter manufacturer Mutoh and Mentor, Ohio-based graphic films manufacturer Avery Dennison announce they are partnering on presenting wrap training classes in 11 cities throughout the U.S. in 2017.

Master installers Justin Pate of The Wrap Institute and John Duever of Fenton, Missouri-based Vinyl Images will be teaching these Digital Films Classes, which are designed to teach wrap skills for a variety of applications. Not only will installers leave with an in-depth understanding of how to improve their speed and quality on vehicle wraps, but the classes will also offer instruction on window, floor and wall installations, offering shops the potential to serve new markets.

Installers will be using a variety of films during the workshops, including calendered wall and floor films and cast Avery Dennison MPI 1105 Easy Apply RS film for vehicle wraps.

Class sizes will be limited to allow for more one-on-one teaching, and the two-day workshops start at $749. All attendees receive a 25-yard roll of full print or color change film and application tools—a package valued at $700.
